中药配合不同促排方案对夫精宫腔内人工授精结局的影响

Influence of Chinese Medicine Combined with Different Ovulation-Promoting Schemes on Intrauterine Insemination by Husband

观察中药配合不同促排方案对夫精宫腔内人工授精(IUI)结局的影响。方法:选取2010年1月—2013年12月就诊于本中心的女性不孕患者,以配合中药治疗者为中药组,未接受中药治疗者为对照组,中药组323例,对照组273例。对照组患者分别给予不同促排卵药物治疗,中药组在对照组治疗的基础上,根据患者体质辨证分型,肾阴虚者给予坤泰胶囊、肾阳虚者给予复方玄驹胶囊、肝郁者给予舒肝颗粒、脾虚者给予健脾丸,常规剂量口服。两组患者均适时IUI。结果:中药组妊娠率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药配合不同促排方案能明显改善妊娠结局。

Objective： To observe the influence of Chinese Medicine combined with different ovulation- promoting schemes on intrauterine insemination（ IUI） by husband. Methods： Female infertile patients received by this hospital from January,2010 to December,2013 were selected and divided into Chinese medicine group（ 323 cases） given Chinese medicine treatment and control group（ 273 cases） without Chinese medicine treatment. Control group were given different ovulation- promoting drugs while Chinese medicine group were additionally peroformed syndrome differentiation of their constitutions： patients with kidney yin deficiency were given Kentai Capsules; patients with kidney yang deficiency were given Compound Xuanju Capsules; patients with liver depression were given Liver- Soothing Granules; patients with spleen deficiency were given Spleen-Strengthening Pills. All drugs were orally administrated with conventional dose. Both groups were conducted IUI in due time. Results： The pregnant rate of Chinese medicine group were better than that of control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Chinese Medicine combined with different ovulation-promoting schemes can significantly improve the pregnancy outcome.
