归肾丸合桃红四物汤联合诺雷得治疗子宫内膜异位症性不孕40例

Forty Cases with Infertility Due to Endometriosis Treated with Kidney-Restoring Pill Combined with Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction and Zoladex

目的:观察归肾丸合桃红四物汤联合诺雷得治疗子宫内膜异位症性不孕的临床疗效。方法:选择子宫内膜异位症性不孕患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予诺雷得治疗,在第3个周期后进行反向添加治疗,即口服去氧孕烯炔雌醇片,观察组在对照组的基础上加用归肾丸合桃红四物汤治疗。结果:观察组有效率为90%,对照组有效率为60%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清雌二醇、血清卵泡刺激素以及黄体生成素水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组妊娠率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:归肾丸合桃红四物汤联合诺雷得治疗子宫内膜异位症性不孕疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Kidney-Restoring Pill combined with Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction and Zoladex on infertility due to endometriosis. Methods： 80 cases with infertility due to endometriosis were randomized into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group. Cont rol group were given Zoladex and after the3 rd treatment cycle,reverse add- on therapy were performed,namely they were orally given Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets. For observation group,they were added with Kidney- Restoring Pill Combined with Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction. Results： The effective rate was 90% in observation group and 60% in control group; observation group were better than control group（ P 〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the levels of serum estradiol,follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in observation group were better than these in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The pregnancy rate of observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The Kidney-Restoring Pill Combined with Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction has remarkable therapeutic effects on infertility due to endometriosis.
