中西医结合治疗过敏性鼻炎临床研究

Clinical Research of Allergic Rhinitis Treated with Integrative Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:将90例过敏性鼻炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组采用盐酸左西替利嗪片口服联合丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂鼻喷进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用玉屏风散治疗,比较两组临床疗效及过敏性鼻炎评分。结果:观察组有效率为97.8%,对照组有效率为77.8%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与本组治疗前比较,两组治疗后过敏性鼻炎评分均显著降低,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后过敏性鼻炎评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效确切,有助于改善临床症状及体征。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of the therapy of integrative traditional Chinese and western medicine on allergic rhinitis. Methods： 90 cases with allergic rhinitis were randomized into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group. Control group were orally given Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets combined with Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray,while observation group were additionally given Jade Wind- Barrier Powder. The clinical effects and the scores of allergic rhinitis in the two groups were compared. Results： The effective rate was 97. 8% in observation group and 77. 8% in control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the scores of allergic rhinitis in both groups significantly declined（ P 〈0. 05）. The score of allergic rhinitis in observation group was obviously lower than that in control group;the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The therapy of integrative traditional Chinese and western medicine has definite effects on allergic rhinitis,which is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms and signs.
