正交设计法优化壳聚糖中药膜的制备工艺

摘要 目的:优化壳聚糖中药膜的最佳制备工艺。方法:以膜剂的外观质量(平整、光洁及柔韧性,色泽均匀度及厚度一致性)作为评价指标,采用正交试验方法,对溶解壳聚糖的醋酸浓度、PVA用量及膜的干燥温度等工艺进行筛选。结果:壳聚糖中药膜最佳制备工艺为:溶解壳聚糖的醋酸浓度为1.5%,PVA浓度为10%,干燥温度为40℃。结论:该工艺简单、稳定,合理可行,所制膜剂具有良好的外观,符合实验要求。 Objective: To optimize the optimal preparation technique of Chitosan Chinese drug membrane. Methods: Appearance qualities of membranes( evenness,brightness,suppleness,evenness of the color and luster and the consistency of the thickness)were taken as the evaluation indicators,orthogonal design method was applied to select the techniques of dissolving the concentration of acetic acid,the dosage of PVA and drying temperature of the membranes. Results: The optimal preparation technique of Chitosan Chinese drug membrane was: the concentration of acetic acid in chitosan should be 1. 5%; the concentration of PVA should be 10%; the drying temperature should be 40℃. Conclusion: This technique is simple,stable and feasible,and the prepared membranes have good appearance which conforms to the experimental requirements.
