独参汤联合旋覆代赭汤预防胃癌术后辅助化疗急性并发症临床研究

Clinical Research of Acute Complications of Adjuvant Chemotherapy After Operation for Gastric Carcinoma Prevented by Dushen Decoction Combined with Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction

目的:观察独参汤联合旋覆代赭汤预防胃癌术后辅助化疗急性并发症的临床疗效。方法:选取胃癌术后辅助化疗患者70例,分成两组,对照组35例,予西医治疗,观察组35例,加用独参汤联合旋覆代赭汤治疗,观察治疗后在临床效果、副作用、生活质量上变化情况。结果:对照组有效率74.29%,观察组有效率77.14%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后KPS评分、症状体征积分、谷丙转氨酶、尿素氮、血肌酐优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组白细胞减少、血小板减少、肝肾功能损害、恶心呕吐、腹泻、骨髓抑制、口腔黏膜炎、神经毒性等不良反应发生率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:独参汤联合旋覆代赭汤能降低胃癌术后辅助化疗急性并发症的发生率。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Dushen Decoction combined with Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction for preventing acute complications of adjuvant chemotherapy after operation for gastric carcinoma. Methods： 70 cases performed adjuvant chemotherapy after operation for gastric carcinoma were randomized into control group（ 35 cases） given western medicine therapy and observation group（ 35 cases） added with Dushen Decoction combined with Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction. The changes of clinical effects,side effects and quality of life after the treatment were observed. Results： The effective rate was 74. 29% in control group and 77. 14% in observation group; the difference had no statistical significance（ P 〉0. 05）. After the treatment,the scores of KPS,symptoms and signs,glutamine- pyruvic transaminase,urea nitrogen and serum creatinine in observation group were all better than these in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The occurrence rates of adverse reactions of leucopenia,thrombocytopenia,liver and kidney functional lesion,nausea and vomiting,diarrhea,myelosuppression,oral mucositis and neurovirulence were all better than these in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Dushen Decoction combined with Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction can reduce the occurrence rate of acute complications of adjuvant chemotherapy after operation for gastric carcinoma.
