黄葵胶囊治疗小儿原发性肾病综合征34例

Thirty-Four Cases with Pediatric Primary Nephritic Syndrome Treated with Huangkui Capsules

目的:观察黄葵胶囊治疗小儿原发性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取小儿原发性肾病综合征患儿68例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组34例。对照组给予醋酸泼尼松片治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上加服黄葵胶囊治疗。结果:试验组有效率为91.2%,对照组有效率为67.6%,试验组优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组尿蛋白转阴时间及水肿消退时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组Ig A、Ig C水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黄葵胶囊治疗小儿原发性肾病综合征临床效果显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Huangkui Capsules on pediatric primary nephritic syndrome（ NS）. Methods： 68 cases with pediatric primary NS were randomized into control group and experiment group,with 34 cases in each group.Control group were given Prednisone Acetate Tablets for the treatment and experiment group were added with Huangkui Capsules.Results： The effective rate was 91. 2% in experiment group and 67. 6% in control group; experiment group were better than control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The time for the proteinuria becoming negative and the time for the edema abatement in experiment group were both shorter than these in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The levels of Ig A and Ig C in experiment group were both shorter than these in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Huangkui Capsules has remarkable clinical effects on pediatric primary nephritic syndrome.
