摘要
在汽车和灯具行业,塑料基材表面采用镀膜工艺来提高产品的外观精致性和延长材料的使用寿命,使用较多的处理工艺为电镀工艺、真空离子镀镀膜工艺、真空蒸散或溅射镀膜工艺等。简要论述了真空蒸散镀膜工艺中,使用德国莱宝蒸散镀膜机日常生产中出现的常见缺陷及解决思路。
In automotive and lamp industry,the coating processes are common used for improving product＇s appearance and prolonging material ＇s service life on plastic work-pieces,and the more common used coating processes are： electroplating process,vacuum ion coating process,vacuum evapotranspiration process and sputtering process. In this paper,the common failures and trouble shooting in vacuum evapotranspiration daily production using LEYBOLD coating machine were briefly described.
