摘要
采用正交试验研究了水胶比、硅粉、白水泥和聚合物胶粉掺量等组成参数对复合助剂改性建筑石膏线性膨胀系数的影响,并通过多元回归分析建立了复合助剂改性建筑石膏的线性膨胀系数模型。结果表明,复合助剂改性建筑石膏的线性膨胀系数基本分布在(19.7~22.4)×10-6℃-1之间,小于建筑石膏的线性膨胀系数,温度膨胀性能有一定改善;随着聚合物5010、白水泥、硅粉掺量的增加,石膏的线性膨胀系数逐渐减小;复合助剂改性建筑石膏的线性膨胀系数与组成参数之间存在二次曲线关系,并且游程检验法检验其相关性显著。
The influence of water-binder ratio, silica fume, white cement and polymer dosage on linear expansion coefficient of composite admixture modified alcined gypsum(CAMAG) through orthogonal experiment is studied, the calculation model of linear expansion coefficient related to component parameters is establish by multiple regression analysis. The results show that the linear expansion coefficient of CAMAG distributes between(19.7~22.4)×10-6℃-1, which is less than calcined gypsum, temperature expansion performance of CAMAG has a certain improvement. With increasing dosage of polymer 5010, white cement and silica fume, the linear expansion coefficient of gypsum decreases. Quadratic curve relationship can describe the correlation between linear expansion coefficient and component parameters, and correlation is significant by run test.
