摘要
采用建筑垃圾中的废弃混凝土制备出Ⅰ类品质再生粗骨料,并按照不同的取代率替代天然粗骨料制备再生混凝土,研究了不同水泥用量体系下Ⅰ类品质再生粗骨料的取代率对再生混凝土抗碳化性能的影响。结果表明,再生混凝土的抗碳化性能随着再生粗骨料取代率的降低和水泥用量的增加而逐渐增强,且逐渐接近于天然骨料混凝土;当水泥用量为500kg/m3且取代率为60%时,其碳化深度相比天然骨料混凝土仅增加0.3mm;再生混凝土中再生粗骨料的取代率不宜过高,最大取代率宜选择在40%~60%之间。
The class Ⅰ recycled coarse aggregate is prepared by using the waste concrete in construction waste, and in accordance with different substitution rate of natural coarse aggregate is prepared recycled concrete, the effect of replacement ratio of class Ⅰ recycled coarse aggregate on the carbonation resistance of recycled concrete in different cement dosage system. The results indicate that the carbonation resistance of recycled concrete increases gradually with the decreasing replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate and the increasing cement dosage, and is closing to the natural aggregate concrete; when the dosage of cement is 500kg/m3 and replacement rate is 60%, the carbonation depth increases only 0.3mm which is compared with natural aggregate concrete; and the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate in recycled concrete should not be too high, the maximum replacement rate can choose between 40%~60%.
