摘要 基于正交试验,以再生微粉、脱硫石膏、矿渣和钢渣为主要原料,并复掺少量激发剂,探讨了各种矿物成分掺量对新型无熟料胶凝材料强度、安定性、标准稠度需水量和凝结时间的影响,找出了与32.5级复合水泥强度等级相当的无熟料胶凝材料的配合比,并得到了各矿物组成的最佳配合比设计。同时,分别研究了养护条件对不同强度的新型无熟料胶凝材料的影响,当配合比中钢渣含量低于15%时,在标准条件下养护效果最好;当钢渣含量高于15%时,在空气中的养护效果最好。 Based on orthogonal test, renewable powder, desulfurized gypsum, slag and steel slag as the main raw material, mixed appropriate amount of activator, the influence of various mineral ingredients dosage on strength of new type binding material without cement clinker, stability, water requirement of standard consistency and setting time is discussed.The intensity level reached 32.5R strength grade mixing ratio of cement is found, the best of mix design for mineral composition is obtained. At the same time, the effects of curing conditions on different strength of new type binding material without cement clinker is studied. When the mix ratio of steel slag content is less than 15%, curing effects is the best under normal standard; when the content of steel slag is higher than 15%, curing effect is the best in the air.
