基于模糊物元模型的我国直辖市生态物流评价

摘要 对我国直辖市的生态物流水平进行了评价研究,从物流行业基础和行业效益两方面选取17个指标构建了生态物流发展水平的评价指标体系。结合熵权法和模糊物元模型,从时间和空间二维角度对我国北京、天津、上海、重庆四个直辖市2008-2012年生态物流发展水平进行了比较评价。结果显示,各市生态物流水平整体趋势是逐年上升。上海市生态物流水平最高,其后依次为北京、天津和重庆。分析表明,在我国直辖市若要提高生态物流水平,需大力发展地区经济,增加物流需求;建立健全法律法规,引导物流业走向生态化;采取措施降低物流业能耗。 In this paper, we evaluated the ecological logistics level of the four municipalities directly under the administration of the central government. First using the entropy weighting method and the fuzzy matter-element model and from the aspects of time and space, we evaluated the ecological logistics development level of Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and Chongqing for the period between 2008 and 2012 and then according to the findings of the evaluation, proposed the measures to improve the ecological logistics level of the cities.
