摘要 影响危险品运输安全的不确定性因素很多,人因失误是其主要的不确定性影响因素。由于危险品运输中人为失误发生的复杂性和缺少充分的统计样本,使得其人因失误研究目前停留在定性分析上。从影响危险品运输安全的培训与组织管理、车辆与设备、危险品类型、道路及环境因素等四个典型行为形成因子(PSFs)出发,将贝叶斯理论和成功似然指数法(SLIM)结合,实现融合专家判断的人误概率计算方法。通过实际物流企业的应用实例,验证了该方法的可行性。 In this paper, we combined the Bayesian theory with the success likelihood index method(SLIM) to formulate the human error probability calculation method that incorporated expert judgment and then, through applying the method in an empirical study on a certain logistics enterprise, tested the feasibility of the method.
