基于分类随机策略的自动化立体库存取优化研究

Study on Optimal Storage and Retrieval Strategy of Automatic Stereoscopic Warehouses Based on Stochastic Classification Strategy

主要研究了如何根据货物分类、重量及出入库频率的不同,对自动化立体库进行合理分区并指派具体货位的问题。采用分类随机的储存策略,应用多色集合理论对物品进行分区,然后在各分区下建立存取优化数学模型,并对该模型采用粒子群算法进行求解,通过Matlab软件进行仿真运行,发现该模型能取得较好的优化效果。

In this paper, we mainly studied the method to reasonably allocate the stereoscopic warehouse and assigned the specific cargo slots, then adopting the stochastic classification strategy, used the polychromatic set theory to classify the articles, then built the optimization model for the storage spaces and at the end, solved the model using the particle swarm algorithm.
