Study on KPI Application in Cold Chain Logistics Distribution Centers

以冷链物流的作业过程的关键绩效指标为理论基础,结合北京二商局某配送中心的冷链物流的实际情况,从仓储、配送及物流信息技术等方面出发,对冷链物流企业的综合关键指标进行应用研究,根据综合关键指标的绩效考核计算出冷链物流企业的物流服务费用,并进一步探讨了综合关键指标应用研究的意义。

In this paper, with the KPI of the cold chain logistics activities as the theoretical basis, and in connection with the practical situation of a certain distribution center of Beijing Ershang Group, we studied the application of the comprehensive key indexes of the cold chain logistics enterprise, then accordingly, calculated the logistics service expenditures of the enterprise, and at the end further discussed the significance of the application of the comprehensive key indexes.
