Significance of c-myc mRNA expression in the coronary artery after balloon injury in a swine model
摘要
目的 :探讨原癌基因c-myc的表达与冠状动脉球囊损伤后内膜增殖的关系。方法 :建立猪的冠状动脉球囊损伤模型 ,观察形态学变化 ,并用RT -PCR的方法检测损伤冠状动脉壁内c-mycmRNA的表达。结果 :冠状动脉球囊损伤后 6周管壁内膜明显增生 ,管腔狭窄 ,c-mycmRNA的相对表达强度明显高于正常冠状动脉壁。结论
