中国企业“走出去”，积极实践公共外交

2015年9月19日，国务院新闻办公室前主任赵启正在卜海交通大学海外教育学院做了一场题为《中国企业“走出去”的策略》的学术演讲，大受欢迎。赵启正首先提出：中间企业“走出去”是大势所趋，中闰对外投资的态势是总量不够大，但潜力大、增长快。赵启正论述了中国企业在境外可能面临的种种问题并提出了相应的对策。
