摘要
上海自然博物馆项目是邻近轨道交通与周边地下空间结合开发的典型案例,项目虽可充分利用地铁的客流资源,具有一定的先进性和推广性,但也遇到诸多工程难题。结合上海自然博物馆与轨道交通13号线明挖区间段共建工程的成功实践,总结研究了地铁与开发地块共建结构的沉降耦合技术,为软土地区结合轨道交通建设发展城市地下空间开发的区域综合项目提供工程提供借鉴。
Shanghai Natural Museum (SNM) projcct is a typical casc of building structure neighboring subway and underground complex dcvck)pment cnginccrings. By mak- ing full use of rail transit rcsourccs, this structure is consid- ered as an advanccd onc worthy popularization, but it also faces many cnginecring difficulties. Through tile success construction of SNM project and the open-cut section of Line 13, the dil'fcrcntial settlement control of subway sta- tion building with neighboring development projects is sum- marizcd. This technology provides a good reference for ur- ban underground complex dcvclopmcnt projects in soft clay area combined with urban rail transit construction.
