摘要
通过室内试验对比光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)应变传感器与电阻应变片采集的变形数据,分析FBG传感器的优势。采用FBG传感技术对某通道工程施工期间基坑的轴力、已建地下通道施工裂缝、施工过程中结构沉降以及盾构管片钢筋应变进行监测。结果表明:以FBG为传感器的静力水准系统可实时自动化采集,大大提高了监测数据的时效性,避免了最大变形的漏检;FBG传感器较传统振弦式钢筋计在测试中表现出更好的稳定性和更高的灵敏度。
The advantages of FBG sensor are analyzed through comparingthe deformation data gathered by FBG strain sensor and resistance strain gage in laboratory. The axial force of foundation pit, construction cracks of existing underground passage, settlement of the structure in con- struction and steel train of segment during a channel engi- neering construction are monitored by using FBG sensing technology. The results show that the automatic acquisition of hydrostatic leveling system based on FBG sensor greatly improves the timeliness of monitoring data, and avoids the missing detection of maximum deformation. Compared with traditional vibrating string extensometer, FBG sensor shows better stability and higher sensitivity.
