江苏省社会办中医近五年政策回顾与分析

Review and Analysis on the Recent Five-year Policies of Society-managed Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangsu Province

为积极落实国家社会办医工作,江苏省出台一系列扶持政策,尤其鼓励社会办中医。笔者回顾了江苏省2009—2015年社会办中医政策,结合主要城市社会办医落实情况,总结现行政策存在中医类医院扶持力度不足、乡镇中医发展滞后、中医类卫生人才匮乏等问题,并提出政策建议。

In order to implement society-managed medicine nationwide,Jiangsu Province issued a series of supportive policies,especially the ones for society-managed traditional Chinese medicine. The authors review 2009 ~ 2015 policies for society-managed traditional Chinese medicine,summarize the problems of insufficient support for hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine,lag development of tow nship hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine and talent shortage of traditional Chinese medicine,combining with policy implementation of society-managed medicine in main cities,and put forward policy recommendations.
