我国医学影像发展存在资源分布不平衡、浪费与过度使用并存、使用率不高、服务质量良莠不齐等问题,新一代远程医疗作为智慧医疗的有机组成部分,在突破时空限制、降低能耗、提高医疗服务可及性和公平性等方面具有无可比拟的优势,以远程医疗为基础建立区域性医学影像诊断中心是促进医学影像发展的有效途径。

There are problems of imbalanced resources allocation,waste and overuse,insufficient utilization,and intermingled qualified and unqualified service in medical imaging development. The remote medicine of new generation,as the organic part of intelligent medicine,ow ns the incomparable advantages in breaking through time and space limit,reducing energy consumption,and improving the accessibility and impartiality of medical service. Thus,constructing regional center of medical image diagnosis basing on remote medical treatment is the effective way to promote medical image development.
