论我国专业学位层次结构的缺陷及其优化

Discussion on the Defects and Optimization of the Professional Degree Hierarchical Structure in China

从专业学位层次结构的概念入手，参照国外专业学位的层次结构和依据社会经济发展的需要，分析我国专业学位层次结构，发现专业学位层次结构出现断层、已有层次结构比例不协调、现有层次不能满足需求等问题．根据我国人才结构的需要，提出补充学士专业学位、形成层次衔接的金字塔结构、合理扩大各层次规模等专业学位层次发展的建议．

Starting with the concept of the hierarchical structure of professional degree, with reference to the hierar-chical structure of foreign professional degree and the needs of the development of social economy, this paper analyzes the hierarchical structure of professional degree in China, and finds some problems, such as appearing fault in professional degree hierarchical structure, no coordination in the proportion of the existing hierarchy, and not meeting the needs in existing hierarchy. According to the need of talent structure in our country, it also gives some suggestions for the future development of professional degree hierarchy, such as the supplementary of Bachelor＇s degree, the formation of the hierarchical structure of pyramid, reasonable expansion of the scale of the various levels.
