摘要
以高等教育研究范式为理论基础,从教师专业发展视角分析了我国高校教师发展中心的形成机理.进一步分析了国外高校教师发展中心的职能演进和国内本科院校教师发展中心的实践经验.借鉴职业生命周期理论,探讨高职院校教师发展中心推进策略,作为校本层面推动教师专业发展的有力载体,只有立足于高职院校的校情校史,建设既与国际接轨又体现高职特点的教师发展机构才是我国高职院校教师发展的可取之道.
Being based on the theory of higher education research paradigm, from the perspective of teacher profes- sional development, this article analyzes the formation mechanism of college teacher development center in China. It further analyzes the function evolution of foreign university teacher development center and the practical experi- ence of teacher development center in the domestic undergraduate colleges. Referencing to professional life cycle theory, this paper discusses the promoting strategies of teacher development center in higher vocational colleges. As a powerful carrier of school - based levels to promote teacher's professional development, only be base on the cur- rent situation and history of higher vocational colleges, constructing Teacher Development Agency which is not only with international standards, but also reflects the characteristics of Vocational colleges, is the preferred way teacher development in higher vocational colleges in China.
