摘要 采用激光粒度分析仪(激光衍射法)测定不溶性硫黄的粒径分布来表征其分散性,并考察不溶性硫黄的粒径分布对胶料加工性能和物理性能的影响。结果表明,采用激光衍射法测定的不溶性硫黄分散性与不溶性硫黄胶料的加工性能、物理性能具有较强的相关性,可为优化胶料配方、调整胶料工艺性能和提高成品轮胎质量提供重要依据。 The particle size distribution of insoluble sulfur was measured by laser particle size analyzer using laser diffraction method to characterize its dispersion, and infl uence of the particle size distribution of insoluble sulfur on the processing properties and physical properties of rubber compound was investigated. The results showed strong correlation between the processing properties and physical properties of the compound with the dispersion of isoluble sulfur measured by laser diffraction method. This method provides quick and effective guidance for the optimization of compound formulation, adjustment of processing properties and improvement of the quality of fi nished tires.
