摘要
介绍14.00-24 28PR T17矿山工程机械轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1365 mm,断面宽347 mm,行驶面宽302 mm,行驶面弧度高25 mm,胎圈着合直径616 mm,胎圈着合宽度254 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.896,花纹深度25mm,花纺纹饱和度64.8%。施工设计:胎体采用16层高强度1400dtex/3锦纶66浸胶帘布(12V1+4V2),缓冲层采用2层930dtex/2锦纶66浸胶帘布(2V2);成型机头为卸鼓肩式,采用立式硫化罐硫化。成品轮胎外缘尺寸、物理性能和耐久性能满足设计和国家标准要求。
In this paper, the design of 14.00-24 28 PR T17 mining OTR tire was presented. In the structure design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 1365 mm, mm, cross sectional width 347 mm, width of running surface 302 mm, height of running surface 25 mm, bead diameter 616 mm, bead width 254 mm, maximum width position of cross section(H1/H2) 0.896, tread pattern depth 25 mm, and pattern block ratio 64.8%. In the the construction design, 16 layers of dipped 1400dtex/3 high strength nylon 66 cord(12V1 +4V +4V2) were applied in the carcass ply and and 2 layers of dipped 930dtex/2 nylon 66 cord were used in the the breaker ply. The tires were built using building machine with drum head and then cured in vertical autoclave. The testing results on the fi nished tire showed that the infl ated peripheral dimensions, physical properties and durability of the tire met the requirements of design and national standards.
