建设项目环境影响评价中环境风险防范的思考

指出环境影响评价报告书中在编制依据、工程分析、环境风险评价、公众参与、社会稳定风险评估、环境监理、竣工环境保护验收指标等方面存在的环境风险防范问题,结合有关环境风险防范的规定及研究成果,提出进一步加强建设项目环境影响评价中环境风险防范工作的建议和对策。

Pointed out that the environmental risk prevention issues of compilation basis, project analysis, the environmental risk assessment, public participation, social stability risk assessment, environmental supervision and the acceptance of the environmental protection are exist in the environmental impact assessment report. Combined with the regulations on environmental risk prevention and research results, put forward the suggestions and countermeasures of strengthen the environmental risk prevention in the construction project.
