26例成人腹股沟嵌顿疝手法复位的临床体会

Clinical experience of manipulative reduction for adult inguinal hernia: A study of 26 cases

目的探讨成人腹股沟嵌顿疝手法复位的适应证及临床效果并总结操作技巧。方法回顾性分析北京市朝阳区新源里医院2013年7月至2015年1月收治的26例成人腹股沟嵌顿疝经手法复位患者的临床资料。结果嵌顿时间均在4~6 h。经手法复位,其中23例复位成功,术后观察24~48 h,未出现腹痛、发热等不适;3例复位失败,转至外院行手术治疗。结论手法复位治疗成人嵌顿疝不失为一种简单有效的方法,但应明确掌握适应证。适当掌握操作技巧可大大提高复位成功率。

Objective To explore the indications and clinical effect of manipulative reduction for incarcerated hernia in adult,and to summarize the operation skills. Methods 26 cases of incarcerated hernia with manipulative reduction in our hospital from July 2013 to January 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of 26 patients,there were 20 male and 6 female. All reduction were performed in4-6 hours from incarceration; 23 were successful,without developing abdominal pain or fever; 3 were failed,then they were moved to a higher hospital for surgical treatment. Conclusion Manipulative reduction is still a simple and effective method to treat incarcerated inguinal hernia,but a clear indication should be know well. An appropriate operating skill can improve the success rate of reduction.
