临床护理路径在腹股沟疝围手术期护理中的应用

Application of clinical nursing pathway in perioperative nursing for inguinal hernia

目的探讨临床护理路径在腹股沟疝围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法制定腹股沟疝围手术期护理路径,将首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院2014年1月收治的210例腹腔镜下腹股沟疝修补术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组患者105例,对照组采用常规的护理方法,观察组按照制定好的护理路径实施围手术期护理。比较二组患者并发症发生率、平均住院时间、平均住院费用、患者健康知识掌握程度及患者满意度。结果观察组患者的平均住院时间、平均住院费用、患者健康知识掌握程度及患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径应用于腹股沟疝围手术期护理,可缩短平均住院时间,降低住院费用,提高健康教育效果,进而提高患者的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway in perioperative nursing for inguinal hernia. Methods Formulating a clinical nursing pathway in perioperative nursing for inguinal hernia,then 210 patients who underwent laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair in Beijing Chao-yang Hospital,Capital Medical University from January 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into two groups,and105 cases of patients in each group： control group using conventional nursing method and the observation group using perioperative nursing according the clinical nursing pathway. Complication rates,average length of stay,average hospital costs,patients＇ mastery level of health knowledge and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The average length of stay and average hospital costs in observation group was significantly lower than those in control group. The patients in observation group also had higher level of health knowledge mastery and rate of satisfaction than patients in control group. Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway in perioperative nursing for inguinal hernia,may shorten hospital stay,reduce hospital costs,improve the effectiveness of health education,and improve patient satisfaction degree.
