安徽省对外开放度与经济增长研究

Study on Economic Opening Rate and Economic Growth of Anhui Province

通过利用安徽省2000-2013年数据,测算出安徽省各市对外开放度,并按2013年对外开放度水平将安徽省分为高、中、低对外开放区进行比较研究。对安徽省各市进出口额、实际利用外资额与GDP的关系进行分析,得出安徽省各市对外开放度差异较大但差距在缩小,对外开放与GDP有较强正相关关系,其中进出口额对GDP贡献较大。最后提出安徽省要加快对外开放速度,抓住产业转移机遇,打造经济发展的龙头,完善投资金融环境等措施促进安徽省经济发展。

This paper firstly use Anhui province＇s 2000-2013 yearly data to calculate the degree of opening up of Anhui prov- ince, and according to the degree of opening up from 2013, Anhui province was divided into three opening area. Then with the help of ewiewsT. 2, we have carried out an analysis on the correlation between the amount of import and export, the ac- tual utilization of foreign capital and GDP of Anhui province. The results show that there are great difference between differ- ent cities in the degree of opening up of Anhui province but the differences are falling. And there is a strong positive relation- ship between opening up and GDP. Especially, the amount of import and export has a great contribution to GDP. On this basis, we advise that cities should make full use of advantages, Seize the opportunity of industrial transfer and speed up the pace of opening.
