摘要
可雇佣性技能的开发为地方本科院校的应用型人才培养提供了新的视角。采用"大学生可雇佣性问卷"分析大学生可雇佣性的现状,"自编调查问卷",从已毕业学生的视角获取可雇佣性技能培养的不足。在对现状和不足反思的基础上,从专业类别、课程类型、异质发展、雇主视角等方面提出建议。
Exploring employability skills provide a new perspective to Local Undergraduate University's applied talent train- ing. Questionnaires of the employability are used to analyze the present situation of undergraduate university students' em- ployability. And self-designed questionnaires are used to show the shortages of training employability skills from the angle of graduate. Based on the studying of the current status and deficiencies, suggestions are proposed from four aspects.
