摘要
文章把客运量和货运量作为新的产出指标,构建DEA模型,测算了2010年-2013年安徽省16个地级市交通运输业的能源利用效率,并对安徽省交通运输业能源利用效率变化情况进行了动态分解。研究结果表明:在承接产业转移后的四年样本区间内,安徽省交通运输业能源利用效率提高主要是源于技术进步的影响,同时,安徽省各区域能源利用效率存在差异。
Based on the DEA model that takes passenger volume and cargo volume as the output inde- xes, the energy efficiency of transportation industry of 16 cities in Anhui Province from 2010 to 2013 is calculated, and the dynamic changes of the energy efficiency are analyzed. The result shows that during the four years of undertaking the industry transfer, the energy efficiency of transportation in- dustry in Anhui Province rises mainly because of the technological upgrade. Meanwhile, the energy efficiency differs in different regions in Anhui Province.
