摘要
通过实证分析芜湖市镜湖区图书馆社会化管理现状可以发现,我国区级公共图书馆社会化管理机制存在以下问题:社会化管理法律法规缺失,社会化管理具体标准缺失,监督与评估体系不完整,人员素质无法保证且流动性较大等。因此,我国应从以下六个方面加强区级公共图书馆社会化管理机制:加快制定社会化管理法律法规,确立具体的社会化管理标准,建立并完善监督与评估体系,优化企业薪酬管理及奖惩机制,吸纳专业人才并加强员工培训,以公益性为原则开展特色文化活动。
Through the empirical analysis of the current situation of social management of Jing Hu Library of Wuhu, we could find some problems that exist in the social management mechanisms of Chinese local public library, such as the lack of social management laws and regulations, the lack of specific Standards for social management, the imperfection of monitoring and evaluation system, low staff quality and high staff mobility, and so on. China should improve the social management mechanisms of local public library in the following six aspects: accelerating the formulation of social management laws and regulations, making specific social management standards, establishing and improving monitoring and evaluation system, optimizing company salary management and incentive mechanisms, recruiting professionals and enhancing staff training, and holding characteristic cultural activities in the principle of public welfare.
