摘要 当绝缘性能良好的管道PE外防腐层脱粘剥离后,缝隙内可能会存在阴极保护屏蔽现象。建立了防腐层脱粘模拟装置,并测试了其在不同电导率、不同温度溶液中施加不同阴保电流时脱粘部位离缝口不同距离的保护电位,总结了脱粘部位阴极保护电位的分布规律,并进行了机理分析。 When PE anticorrosive coating of pipeline is peeled off after debonding,cracks between pipe and the coating may exist in the cathodic protection shielding.Anticorrosive coating debonding simulator was established,and the protection potentials of the debonding parts from different seam distances were tested in different solution conductivities and temperatures and different cathodic protection currents.Through the study,the distribution of cathodic protection potential in different debonding parts was summarized,and the mechanism was analyzed.
