摘要
Offner型分光系统属于同心光学系统,适用高光谱的分光系统。通过分析和计算确定轴外物点的子午像点和弧矢像点,从而得到Offner型分光系统像散的表达式,采用中心波长消像散的思想,确定系统的初始结构。优化设计适用于中波红外波段(3,000~5,000,nm)的该类型成像光谱仪分光系统。设计得到的系统具有结构简单紧凑、相对孔径大(F/2.5)、物像方远心等优点,色畸变和谱线弯曲均小于0.1%,,成像质量接近衍射极限。
Offner spectroscopic system is a concentric optical system with a lot of advantages,enabling its application as a spectroscopic system for hyperspectral remote sensing.Astigmatism of the Offner spectroscopic system was obtained based on the calculation of both meridional and sagittal images of an off-axis object point.Initial structure was obtained through making astigmatism disappear.The designed spectroscopic system works within MWIR band(3~5,μm).It has the advantages of high speed(F/2.5),compactness,and both objective and imagery telecentrics.Moreover,either the smile or the keystone of the spectral image of its slit is less than 0.1%,.The imaging quality approaches to the diffraction limit.
