摘要 以武汉西四环通顺河大桥为依托,研究超宽变截面0#块支架及临时固结一体化施工技术。针对通顺河大桥超宽、变截面以及大跨度等特点,研究并采用了超宽变截面0#块支架及临时固结一体化施工技术和金钢绳锯切除刚结构混凝土临时固结块技术。这两项技术的成功应用,不仅最大限度地节省了费用、缩短了工期,在以后同类桥梁0#块设计与施工过程中也具有借鉴意义。 Relying on the building of Tongshun River Super Large Bridge on Wuhan Western Fourth Ring,the integrated construction technology of zero block ultra wide variable cross-section with temporary consolidation was studied.With the properties of ultra wide,variable cross-section and large span in Tongshun River Bridge,the integrated construction technology of zero block and temporary consolidation was discussed and performed.By using the technology,the cost was reduced and the schedule was cut short significantly.In addition,the technology proposed can be used in the design and construction of similar bridges,which possesses important reference significance.
