摘要
将膜分离技术与联碱生产进行结合,选择孔径为1,μm的陶瓷膜分离母Ⅱ液中的钙、镁等水不溶物。利用生产系统中的热AⅠ对膜进行反洗,反洗废液返回制铵工序,将分离掉的水不溶物随产品农铵带出生产系统。该方法在高效去除水不溶物,降低浊度的同时,巧妙地解决了母液平衡及水不溶物的出路问题。
Membrane separation technology was combined with the production process of Joint Soda.A pore size of 1,μm ceramic membrane was chosen to separate water insolubles such as calcium and magnesium from mother liquor Ⅱ.The hot AⅠwas used to backwash the membrane,and backwash waste was then returned to the ammonium synthesis system.This method can not only remove the water insolubles and efficiently reduce turbidity but also solve the problems of liquor balance and the outlet of water insolubles.
