摘要 电子医疗记录（electronic medical records,EMR）是麻醉信息管理系统（anesthesia information management system,AIMS）的组成部分之一。AIMS最早是被设想用来记录麻醉过程中的各种信息,一度发展十分缓慢。随着科学技术的不断进步,尤其是计算机和网络的迅速发展,现代AIMS的目的和功能已远远不止简单地记录,逐步增加了流程管理、
