摘要
针对某型号低压直流断路器触头弹跳较严重的现象,提出了一种可以减轻弹跳危害的缓冲装置。使用三维绘图软件建立了直流断路器的样机模型,并导入到多体动力学软件ADAMS中。在ADAMS中添加约束与载荷后进行仿真计算。通过实际数据与试验数据的对比来调整未知参数,使虚拟样机与实际样机尽可能吻合。最后对缓冲装置进行优化设计,以减轻触头弹跳带来的危害。
Aiming at the phenomenon of contact bouncing, a buffer equipment was added on the circuit breaker mechanism. To save time and money, virtual prototype technology was used. Aiming at the problem of contact bounce, the paper built the DC circuit breaker mechanism model by the software PRO/E. Then it incorporated the model into the software ADAMS. Constraints and loads were added in software ADAMS. The comparison between simulation result and actual result is needed to correct unknown parameters in order to fit virtual proto type with actual one as soon as possible. The buffer equipment was optimally designed to reduce the harm caused by contact bouncing.
