摘要
介绍了塑壳断路器利用电动斥力,快速联动操作机构的设计和工作原理。采用机械联动设计的断路器,减小从短路电流产生到操作机构开始脱扣的时间间隔,有效防止动触头被短路电流斥开后的回落现象,提高机构的反应速度和断路器的限流性能,最终达到提高断路器分断能力的目的。
The design and working principle of a fast mechanical linkage operating mechanism of MCCB by using electric-dynamic repulsion were introduced. The mechanical linkage design of circuit breaker can reduce the time interval from starting the short circuit current to the tripping of operating mechanism, effectively prevent the falling phenomenon of the moving contact, improve the reaction speed and current limiting performance of circuit breaker and ultimately achieve the goal of improving circuit breaker's breaking capacity.
