摘要
分析了交流接触器主流产品的结构仍然依靠励磁线圈电感量的变化转入吸持状态,依靠分磁环解决过零点的吸持。介绍了主流市场交流接触器实现电子化控制的设计目标、基本要求、关键技术及解决方案。交流接触器的电子化控制能够在更大范围内精准控制接触器的运动过程,解决传统产品触头熔焊、线圈烧损的痼疾,使之更加安全可靠、宽泛应用、节能环保。
As a conventional industry, the main architecture of AC contactor is still in the era of industry involuntary instead of industry upgrading, which turns into the holding situation by coil and holds stably on crosszero point by short circuit ring. The electronic control method of AC contaetor can make the movement of contactor more accurate in a wider scope, and more reliable and efficient, and solve the tough problems of contact welding and coil burning. This paper focused on the design objective, elemental requirement, key technologies and solution schemes for the electronic control of AC contactor.
