海南省辣椒、番茄病毒病病原DAS-ELISA定性检测 被引量:3

DAS-ELISA detection of pepper and tomato viruses in Hainan province

摘要 辣椒和番茄是海南省重要的经济作物,但病毒病的发生导致严重减产。2013-2014年,在全省范围内采集了253份辣椒病毒病样品和289番茄病毒病样品,采用DAS-ELISA对7种主要病毒及病毒的相对含量进行了测定。结果显示,辣椒病毒病的总体检出率为59.68%,CMV的检出率最高,为41.11%,存在7种复合侵染类型,复合侵染率为30.83%,优势毒源为CMV和TMV。番茄病毒病的总体检出率为44.64%,TYLCV的检出率最高,为22.84%,存在10种复合侵染类型,复合侵染率为15.57%,优势毒源为TYLCV和CMV。样品相对含量测定显示,在辣椒中CMV的相对含量最高,BBWV的含量最低;在番茄中TYLCV的相对含量最高,BBWV的含量最低;辣椒样品中除CMV含量高于番茄外,其他病毒的含量均低于番茄。 Peppers and tomatoes are important economical agricultural crops,several viruses cause yield losses of pepper and tomato. In 2013-2014,253 pepper and 289 tomato virus disease samples were collected in Hainan province,7 main viruses and the relative content of virus were measured by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(DAS-ELISA). The results showed that the overall detection rate of pepper virus disease was 59.68% and CMV was the highest(41.11%). There were 7 compound infection types and infection rate was 30.83%,CMV and TMV were the advantage virus sources of pepper. The overall detection rate of tomato virus disease was 44.64% and TYLCV was the highest(22.84%). There were 10 compound infection types and infection rate was 15.57%,TYLCV and CMV were the advantage virus sources of tomato. Determination of the relative content of pepper samples showed that CMV was the highest and BBWV was the lowest. Determination of the relative content of tomato samples showed that TYLCV was the highest and BBWV was the lowest. The content of CMV was higher in pepper samples than that in tomato samples,but the content of other viruses were lower.
