摘要
探讨杜仲叶总黄酮降血脂作用。采用微波辅助法制备杜仲叶总黄酮,对其含量和组成进行分析检测,并在建立的高血脂动物模型上,检验杜仲叶总黄酮对实验性高血脂大鼠的血脂指标的作用效果。与高脂模型组相比,杜仲叶总黄酮能显著降低高血脂大鼠血清中总胆固醇、甘油三酯、脂蛋白、载脂蛋白B及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量,显著升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇及载脂蛋白A的含量。杜仲叶总黄酮具有较好的降血脂作用,可为杜仲资源的综合利用和临床用药提供依据。
To further study the effect of total flavonoids in Eucommia ulmoides leaves on lowering blood lipid.Prepared total flavonoids from Eucommia ulmoides leaf by Microwave Assisted Method,and analyzed the content and composition of it. Then,under the establishment of hyperlipidemia animal model,detected the effect of total flavonoids in Eucommia ulmoides leaves on lowering blood lipid indexes. It shows that comparing with the hyperlipidemia model group,total flavonoids in Eucommia ulmoides leaves can significantly lower the content of serum cholesterol level,triglycerides,lipoprotein,apolipoprotein,the density lipoprotein cholesterol;meanwhile,it can also clearly increase hyperdensity lipoprotein-cholesterol and apolipoprotein A. The total flavonoids in Eucommia ulmoides leaves has better antihyperlipidemics effect,which provides theoretic base for the comprehensive utilization of Eucommia ulmoides resource.
