摘要
探索城市公共空间中受众的使用和需求满足的实际使用效果,为建立城市公共开放空间使用与满足效果的评价体系提供依据。借鉴传播学理论中使用与满足理论,采用问卷调查方法、内容分析和数据分析获取西安环城公园使用与满足的数据。从西安环城公园的受众使用与满足的实际调查发现其在改造前后主要在景观规划与设计、环境小品设施、生态环境和服务质量4个方面得到改善和提高。但是升级改造后的西安环城公园,在基本解决了以往存在的问题满足了受众的使用需要的同时,还凸显出一些新的使用不满足的情况。城市公共开放空间在市民日常生活中起着重要的作用,受众对城市公共开放空间实际使用与满足的状况是受众对城市公共空间使用效果的最直接反映。因此,需要在不断深入探索和调研城市公共开放空间实际的使用与满足效果的同时,也要对受众使用不满足的情况予以关注,以此不断完善城市公共空间受众使用与满足效果的综合评价体系。
To study the use and gratification effect in urban public space,and offer reference to the establishment the use and gratification effect system of urban public open space. Using the theory of use and gratification,through questionnaire survey,content and data analysis method are used for round-city-park in Xian as an example to obtain the actual use and gratification data. Four aspects had improved after reconstruction of the Round-City-Park in Xian: landscape planning and design,environmental furniture,ecological environment and service quality. But at the same time,it highlights some new questions after solving the existing problems that the use and gratifications in the Round-City-Park in Xi'an. Urban public open space has plays an important role in people's daily life. The practical condition for audience of use and gratifications is the most direct performance of using effect of urban public space. Therefore,it is necessary to constantly explore and research the practical condition for audience of use and gratifications but also play an important attention to the use and not gratifications. This will contribute to perfecting the use and gratification effect system of urban public open space.
