基于生态环境评价的小城镇旅游发展规划研究——以陕西省三原县为例

The tourism development in small towns based on ecological environment evaluation: Sanyuan County in Shaanxi Province as an example

以陕西省三原县为例,在分析县域生态环境现况的基础上,通过环境与经济协调度的分析,对其整体生态环境现状进行定量综合评价,并依照生态功能区划原则,综合考虑三原县的各类环境要素,将县域分为四大生态功能区。旅游发展规划基于对县域生态环境要素、历史文化资源分布、基本农田保护等方面内容的综合考虑,积极实施生态环境治理和保育,在生态建设的基础上,积极发展生态旅游业,采用理论与实践相结合的办法,对三原县展开旅游空间布局规划及旅游线路组织规划研究。三原旅游发展应强化生态功能,加强对区域生态环境、历史文化资源和基本农田等空间资源的保护与合理利用,实现城乡的可持续发展。

Sanyuan County in Shaanxi Province is taken as an example,based on analysis of county ecological environmental status,through analysis of the environment and economic coordination degree,the overall ecological environment status of quantitative comprehensive evaluation and in accordance with the principle of ecological function zoning,considering all kinds of environmental elements,the county is divided into four ecological functional areas. Tourism development planning based on comprehensive consideration of the content of county ecological environmental factors,the distribution of historical and cultural resources,such as basic farmland protection,and actively implementing the management and conservation of the ecological environment,on the basis of ecological construction,and actively developing ecological tourism,using a combination of theory and practice,Sanyuan County launched spatial distribution of tourism planning and tourism route or-ganization planning. Tourism development in Sanyuan should strengthen ecological function,strengthen the regional ecological environment,historical and cultural resources and basic farmland spatial resources protection and rational utilization,urban and rural sustainable development.
