Exploration of the Cultivating Methods of Higher Vocational College Students' Sustainable Development Ability

从当代世界职业教育发展趋势出发,以广东机电职业技术学院办学与人才培养的实践为例,论述刷新办学理念,创新学校内部体制,自顶层设计起,以人才培养模式改革为龙头,以人文素质教育为平台,探索如何通过多种途径培养高职生的可持续发展能力。

Starting from the development trend of modern world vocational education, taking the school running and talent cultivation practice of Guangdong Mechanical and Electrical College for example, this paper discusses the update of school running concept, the innovation of school internal system and based on a top-down mode, taking the reform of talent cultivation mode as the frontier, and humanistic qualities as the platform, explores how to cultivate higher vocational college students＇ sustainable development ability through various channels.
