提高大学生学校认同感的思考

随着我国高等教育的快速发展,如何提高大学生的学校认同感逐渐成为近年研究的热点。高校要不断创新学校文化建设,凝聚校园精神,增进学生的文化认同;构建学生参与管理、决策的平台,建立校园互动交往渠道;创造条件支持学生发展,为每个学生提供相对均等的机会;营造良好的学习学术氛围,提高教育质量;加强大学生心理健康教育和职业规划指导,提高大学生自我认知和职业认知水平,增强对环境的适应能力;通过建设优美的校园环境,创新校园综合治理,增强校园凝聚力,发挥校园育人功能;发挥家庭积极因素,形成协同育人的良好局面;发挥榜样引领、典型育人的作用,提高大学生学校认同教育的有效性;进而提升大学生学校认同水平。

With the rapid development of the higher education in our country, how to improve university students＇ identity of school has become a hot issue of the recent research. Universities should continuously make innovations to campus cultural construction and summon campus spirit to increase students＇ cultural identity; construct the platform of students＇ participation and decision-making to build a communication and interaction channel on campus ; create conditions for supporting students＇ development and provide equal op- portunities for students; create favorable learning atmosphere to improve education quality; strengthen students＇ psychological health and professional guidance to improve their self-cognition and professional awareness, as well as the adaptability to the environment; build beautiful campus environment and make innovations to campus comprehensive management to enhance campus cohesive force and the function to cultivate talents; give the positive factors of family into full play and make joint efforts to cultivate talents ; set good examples to guide and educate students to improve the effectiveness of identity education and then further promote their identity of school.
