胃癌术后复发、转移化疗方案合理应用

摘要 胃癌是世界上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,中国是胃癌高发区,根据全国肿瘤登记中心2010年统计结果,全国年新确诊胃癌病例约40万,死于胃癌者约28万人,发病率为23.7/10万,死亡率为16.6/10万,均居恶性肿瘤第3位[1]。由于我国缺乏系统的早诊筛查体系,胃癌病人多于有症状时才就诊,所以确诊时多为中晚期,即使手术切除,术后仍有超过50%的病人出现复发、转移;而发生复发、转移之后,
