Pregnancies in systemic lupus erythematosus

系统性红斑狼疮是一种多系统、多器官受累的自身免疫性疾病,多见于育龄期女性。红斑狼疮与妊娠之间相互作用,一方面妊娠可能导致狼疮复发;另一方面,狼疮患者子痫、妊娠高血压、胎儿丢失、早产等的比例明显升高,临床上需要特别关注。目前认为红斑狼疮患者病情稳定,同时停用妊娠期禁用的药物时可考虑妊娠,但是狼疮患者成功顺利的妊娠和分娩需要患者、风湿科医生、产科医生的共同努力。

Systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） is an autoimmune disease characterized by multiple organ involvement. It affects women in their reproductive years. Pregnancy may increase lupus activity. Likewise, active lupus can cause significant pregnancy complications, such as preedampsia, preterm birth and fetal loss. Ideally conception should only be attempted in a state of disease remission or stable disease on medications compatible with pregnancy. The close collaboration of rheumatologists and obstetricians are best equipped to care for women with lupus who become pregnant.
