摘要
针对复杂产品研发过程中由于设计模型与分析模型分离而使研发效率低的问题,提出一种整合几何特征信息和有限元仿真信息的数据集成模型实现CAD模型和CAE模型中数据的关联及交互;在此基础上,通过辨识CAD中具有工程语义的特征信息,实现可控的CAE模型简化、有限元网格划分和工况定义。以高速列车轮对为对象,基于此数据集成模型实现CATIA V5几何模型设计信息和ANSYS有限元模型信息的集成交互,验证了数据集成模型的正确性与实用性。
To solve the problem of low efficiency in some complex product development process caused by Repeatedly repair and information separation of design model and simulation model, this paper puts forward an data integration model DIM, which integrate geometric feature information and the finite element simulation information. On this basis, through identification on the characteristic engineering semantics information in CAD, it is realized that CAE model simplification, finite model meshing and boundary definition. Based on the DIM, integration of CATIA V5 geometric model data and ANSYS finite element model data is realized to confirm hat the DIM is oractical and correct.
