垂直管道内分散系统模型的建立

摘要 为了进一步研究垂直管道内分散系统的运动特性,基于流体力学的连续性方程和运动方程,分析了管道内分散系统的运动特性,推导了管道内分散系统的通用方程。以此为基础,建立了垂直管道内混合物压差与分散介质和分散相体积间,质量速度与分散介质和分散相体积间关系的稳态流动方程;建立了垂直管道内悬浮物从下向上输送时,分散介质和分散相体积、速度和压差间的函数关系,从而最终建立了反映管道内分散系统主要运动特性的数学模型。该模型有助于定量的分析管道内分散系统的运动特性。 In order to further study the movement characteristics of the dispersion system in vertical pipe .Based on the continuity equation and motion equation of fluid mechanics, the movement characteristics of dispersed system was analyzed, and the general equation of the dispersion system in pipe was established. On this base, firstly, the relationship between the differential pressure and the dispersing medium and dispersed phase volume, and the relationship between the mass velocity and the dispersing medium and dispersed phase volume was established. Secondly, established the function relationship among the speed, pressure difference and the dispersing medium and dispersed phase volume. Lastly, the mathematical model which shows the fluid motion features of the disperse system in the vertical pipe was established. This model helps to analysis the movement characteristics of dispersed system in the pipe.
