一种新型柔性无机矿物绝缘电缆的研发

摘要 介绍了一种新型额定电压0.6/1 k V柔性无机矿物绝缘电力电缆,通过对用户需求的试验标准及电缆的性能指标和结构的分析研究,对新型柔性无机矿物绝缘电缆进行结构设计和材料选型,并试制样品进行试验,验证结构的合理性及可行性和耐火试验标准的结合性,同时从产品的耐火试验结果性能指标稳定性、安装维护等项目指标方面,将研发的新型柔性无机矿物绝缘电缆与氧化镁矿物绝缘电缆和金属护套无机矿物绝缘电缆进行对比,充分体现了新型柔性无机矿物绝缘电缆的综合优越性。该产品可代替传统的矿物绝缘耐火电缆,具有良好的市场前景。 This article introduces a new type of flexible inorganic mineral insulated power cable, whose rated voltage is 0.6/1 KV. Based on user requirements, test criteria and the performance index of the cable and structure analysis, we have designed and chosen the structure of new type of flexible inorganic mineral insulated power cable, and tried to make trial production samples and tested it, which has verified the rationality of the structure and the its feasibility and the combination of the fire test standards. Meanwhile, in terms of indicators, such as the fire test results stability performance of the the article compared the new type of flexible inorganic product, installation and maintenance projects and etc., mineral insulated cable with Magnesium oxide mineral insulated cable and inorganic mineral insulated metal sheath cable, and it showed strong superiority of new type of flexible inorganic mineral insulated power cable developed by ourselves. This kind of product could replace the traditional mineral insulatin~ refractory cable with good potential market prospect.
